Office Assistant

Office Assistant to perform various clerical tasks in support of our Human Resource and Legal Departments.

*US Citizenship OR Permanent Residency Required*

Education & Experience:

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Meticulous and Reliable
  • Must be mindful and sensitive to the confidential nature of both departments’ records
  • Familiarity with basic office tasks, such as filing and scanning
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills

Duties & Skills Required:

  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Processing employee accruals and time sheets for payroll purposes
  • Organizing paperwork for New Hire and Benefits Eligibility meetings
  • Maintaining resume and job description database, and posting open positions
  • Maintaining legal files databases
  • Assisting with the daily administrative operations of both Legal and Human Resource Departments
  • Performing other office duties as assigned, including work-related errands, such as going to the post office
