NASDAQ Stock Market LLC® Effective on the later of August 16, 2007 or the closing of the Company's follow-on public offering, the Registration Statement for which was initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 3, 2007. The Company will continue to trade under the symbol CVV on the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC®
